I had a great night's sleep in the comfortable queen room and appreciated the wake-up service that was provided, the location of the hotel was also fantastic for exploring the nearby St Mary Redcliffe Church.

There was extensive breakfasts with another toaster and different dishes, as example. The rooms were huge with a bath on the picture and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The location was not so good.

Nicely decorated room with comfortable bed and delightful harbour views. Early check-in, parking close to hotel.

The hotel is in a great area, not too far from the station or the waterside area. There are a few nice pubs around for a drink or bite to eat. The staff were helpful and the service was good. The rooms were spacious and had the added convenience of two double beds. It was nice to have a bath in the room and the air-conditioning was a bonus on hot days. The breakfast was plentiful and there was always food to replenish when it ran out, even at a reduced rate of £10.

The only hitch was that the bathrobes provided were pretty badly stained, but this was quickly fixed with clean replacements after we spoke to staff.

The location in a very nice area was unbeatable and incredible and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. My room was nicely decorated with a separate bathroom.

I had the classic room which was neat and silent with a sleazy touch. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and savoury at 5.45, and the pool was great. The location was marvellous for Bristol, adjacent to bars and restaurants, the avenue and Ashton Gate Stadium. It also was close to the night clubs.

The location was marvellous - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was gorgeous and sensational with continental alternatives, and the restaurant's offer was well presented.

The king room with a view of the harbor is highly recommended for a great location close to The Apple.
