The hotel is in a great area, not too far from the station or the waterside area. There are a few nice pubs around for a drink or bite to eat. The staff were helpful and the service was good. The rooms were spacious and had the added convenience of two double beds. It was nice to have a bath in the room and the air-conditioning was a bonus on hot days. The breakfast was plentiful and there was always food to replenish when it ran out, even at a reduced rate of £10.
The only hitch was that the bathrobes provided were pretty badly stained, but this was quickly fixed with clean replacements after we spoke to staff.

Eric
The location in a very nice area was unbeatable and incredible and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. My room was nicely decorated with a separate bathroom.

Lucy
I had the classic room which was neat and silent with a sleazy touch. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and savoury at 5.45, and the pool was great. The location was marvellous for Bristol, adjacent to bars and restaurants, the avenue and Ashton Gate Stadium. It also was close to the night clubs.
-
Sam
I was pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade to a stylish room with a comfortable king-size bed and enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, while the check-in process was quick and hassle-free.
-
Paul
The room was huge with all the amenities, Ac, for instance for a such great stay on a vacation.
-
Malcolm
The location was marvellous - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was gorgeous and sensational with continental alternatives, and the restaurant's offer was well presented.
-
Thomas
The king room with a view of the harbor is highly recommended for a great location close to The Apple.
